This is a 320 x 240 3.2" TFT display with a built in backlight and a resistive touchscreen overlay. This display has and 16-bit parallel interface. The display has a built in ILI9320 driver which handles all the RAM buffering, so that very little work needs to be done by your microcontroller.
The ILI9320 is a very popular driver and a lot of resources can be found online on how to drive it using different micronontrollers. It is a great starting point for anyone trying to add some color to their next project. The display uses a FPC connector which requires soldering directly to your PCB.
