This is a 480 x 272 4.3" TFT display with a built in backlight and a resistive touchscreen overlay. This display does not have an SPI interface like those use on the Arduino shield. Instead it has a full RGB interface which requires a powerful processor like the Beagle Bone or a FPGA board to drive the display.
The display also requires a constant-current mode boost converter that can go as high as 24V to drive the back light. The screen can be driven by Adafruit's RA8875 driver board which mates directly to the 40 Pin FFC connector.
