This is a 0.91” (128 x 32) OLED display breakout board. The display has a built in SSD1306 driver which handles all the RAM buffering, so that very little work needs to be done by your micro controller. This board uses I2C to communicate with your micro controller and all the level conversions are handled by the breakout board.
The SSD1306 is a very popular driver and a lot of resources can be found online on how to drive it using different micro controllers. It is a great starting point for anyone trying to add a graphics display to their next project. The board has 4 mounting holes so you can mount these inside a panel for a very clean look.
